This years tournament will take place on Saturday 4th May 2019
With less than two weeks to go the excitement is really starting to build for our Mixed 7s Tournament on the May Bank Holiday weekend. This year we are delighted to have 12 teams entering including Crawley and Brighton Gaels, Canterbury Gaels, Cambridge Parnells & Eire Og/Holloway Gaels. Teams will be split into 3 groups of 4.
Food and refreshments will be available on the day there will be a bar, a BBQ and live music at the pitch on the day. (Please note that this will be cash only).

There is parking available in Goodmayes Hospital, this is free up to 3 hours. Please remember to hand in your car registration number upon arrival to ensure that it will be exempt for longer periods.
There will be showering facilities available in the dressing rooms. There will be set time slots for male and females.

- 12.00 noon - Registration
- 1.00pm - Matches start
- 5.00pm - Matches are finished
- 6.00pm - Medal Presentation
- 6.30pm - Live Music starts
- 8.30pm - Live Music finishes and move to O'Grady's Pub (10min walk)
